Information : | defect: cardia bifida, tail blisters spns2/ko157は、心臓の発生過程において心臓前駆細胞の移動に異常を示し、二股心臓(cardia bifida)の表現型を示す。二股心臓の表現型は、心臓の形成過程を赤色蛍光蛋白質の発現でモニターできる系統(cmlc2:mRFP)により可視化できる。また、二日胚のspns2/ko157において、尾の先端に水泡が観察される。spns2/ko157は、膜分子Spns2にミスセンス変異(153番目のArgがSerに置換)を持つ。Spns2は、脂質メディエーターであるスフィンゴシン-1-リン酸(S1P)の細胞外への放出を制御しうることから、S1Pの輸送体として機能していると考えられる。 |
